The other book left me speechless and very aggravated, with a bus full of blood and no answers about who it belonged to. Dude, it was so unfair... But Get Bend changed my fury into a sobbing mess, because at the end i was like: Noooooooooooooooooooooooo. Not again.... C.M. Stunich likes to play games with the readers and that's not fair for my weak heart.
And even if they did, love doesn't mean shit in the real world. It opens you up inside, fucks your soul crazy hardcore, but outside, it's just a weakness to be exploited.
OMG, Turner is in love and responsible! Finally we get a Turner that does not care only for himself and instead cares more about others enough to respect them, and a Turner that is so in love with Naomi that he will run over the world in order to have her by his side creating the most beautifully haunting musics... This is the Turner in this book. This Turner will put pride aside and make alliances with someone he hates and ask for help, he will put the drugs aside and think with his head, he will not give up and he's going to conquer the women whose heart he has broken once... This Turner is Irresistible... and Fucking A.
Naomi Knox had this … this something inside her that made me think of puppies and kitty cats. I want to kiss her face off and make babies with her, and she is the only damn woman on this earth that I would give the title of Mrs. Turner Campbell to.
I loved this story. A mix of Rock n' Roll with C.S.I and we have this book. There is a killer, then there's clues that are very hard to get and then there is the shocking conclusion. Awesome. But it will have you go crazy a few times (Most of the times...), but then it will all be worth because the ending will fuck with your nerves... Just saying...
Naomi did not have much of a contribution in the first chapters of the book, seeing as she was in the process of being kidnapped, but the words that she managed to say were all about forgiveness and love. I always loved Naomi, she is a free spirit that can kick your ass in a second. And her braveness and smart mouth make her pretty unique and dam irresistible... And when she does get into Turner's arms again (because obviously she will since nobody believes she's dead) it will be like and explosion of sexual tension... With load of fights and rock concerts that will wow the crowd, with their passion and ferocity...
Who, who, who will come for this girl who doesn't know how to love anymore? Who?
Ok, Dax you have to stop! It was funny seeing him all in love and shit in the first two pages, but when a girl says No, and let me get you in a little secret, IT MEANS NO. I like him, i do. But his lost puppy personality is messing with my patience. He has to move on and stop trying to say the three words: I LOVE YOU to Naomi. Though i must admit he will be a great asset in finding Naomi and helping her... But as a friend!

Katie, you are one amazingly psycho friend... Hayden, you are full of shit and I hate you more now than i have ever thought to hate someone in a book...
Get Bent is delicious... Really, you cannot grow tired of it, and like chocolat, it's very addicting. Once you are in this series you can ever go out.
