Review: 

I never liked Harlow that much. I never liked Grant that much as well. But the past is in the past. I fucking love these two now although Blaire and Rush are always going to be  my favorites. Take a Chance really did show me a new side to these characters. But i mean, It's a book by Abbi Glines... It had to make me fall in love. That's what she does.


Take a Chance is book that sustains the element of surprise until the very end. It's secret after secret which caught me by surprise. I loved it. Also, there is this mystery surrounding Harlow's Dad that will blow your freaking minds... Seriously, you will never guess it. I think I'M still dumbstruck. 

Harlow is a feisty kitten. We see her as this closed off, innocent girl.... Screw that. She's got claws, sharp ones. We all knew that Nan was going to be a bitch and i was curious about how Harlow was going to defend herself... But this girl kicked some ass. She answered to Nan and defended herself like nobody would believe and finally put Nan in her place. Loved it.

You know why i never liked Grant? He was a puppy in Nan's hands. He did everything she told him to and basically acted as her bitch. I didn't liked that. Now? Hell, Crant is definitely a character that i love. He will learn how to love, how to protect Harlow the best way and stand up to Nan and of course he screw up a bit in the way, but oh well.

I warn you that the book doesn't have the best ending but  it's an opening for more amazing, mind blowing books that i bet Abbi Glines is writing right now! At least i'm hoping she is because i'm desperate. 



Take a Chance is a surprising book that will leave you breathless. It's got out of this world sex and a story that's hard to forget. I was putting off reading the book, but no more. Grant and Harlow fit amazingly in Rosemary's Beach gang. <3
